Throughout my career, my professional pursuits have instilled in me a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to life. The decision to establish a home care agency is firmly rooted in a commitment to both family values and addressing the evolving landscape of aging. The personal and cultural importance of providing care becomes particularly apparent when reflecting on my five-year dedication to the caregiving responsibilities for my father and witnessing the challenges others face in similar situations. Furthermore, my passion lies in leveraging data for a more refined and effective approach to caregiving, as I believe in giving back to the community through Purple Petals. Our commitment is to thoroughly comprehend the unique needs of individuals, optimize care plans, and elevate overall operational efficiency, thereby distinguishing us in the home care sector.

While 15 years in the healthcare field have shaped me professionally, it is my personal experiences that have been truly transformative. Years ago, a family member suffered a traumatic accident and spent several months in a coma. From the moment they awoke and for the next 11 years, I was dedicated to their care. These experiences, combined with my professional background, have fostered a thoughtful and attentive approach to both my life and the lives of those around me. Witnessing firsthand the challenges faced by those who rely on others for their basic needs has deepened my commitment to serving others. It is this blend of skills and compassion that drives me daily as I strive to provide the highest quality of care to all.

James has had a 20+ year career in the home care space. He's worked in home health, hospice, personal care, and technology, but always with an emphasis on increasing his sphere of influence and bringing good ideas and good care to those around him. He has a knack for strategically solving problems, tackling challenges, and generally producing ideas that better those around him.
Charlene (Advisory)
Charlene pivoted to the home care industry because she wanted to make a difference in the lives of others. After working as an Agency Owner/Operator, she joined WellSky, where she became an expert in developing analytics relevant to the home care industry. Charlene uses her combined knowledge of home care, her experience as an engineer, and her passion for educating others to help home care agencies strengthen their operations and become more successful.
Tyler (Advisory)
Tyler's background in the personal care and senior care industry allows him to empathize with clients’ needs, and work towards helping people succeed. Tyler's experience includes different administrative roles in a home care agency office. He has done billing and payroll, sales and marketing, completed client intakes, and eventually landed as director of operations. Tyler has learned what it takes to successfully grow and run an agency.
